When I sat down to paint "Rebirth," I asked myself, what does Rebirth mean to me? I came up with starting over, a second chance, having grace, empathy, compassion, faith and belief in myself. When I painted "Rebirth," I listened to a subliminal on YouTube titled 'Life Suddenly Gets a Billion Times Better' from the channel, 25th page. This audio is designed to shift your frequency and quiet the conscious mind.As you color the lines of 'Rebirth,' let these positive intentions play in the background. You don't need to 'listen' for anything specific; just breathe, color, and allow your life to get a billion times better.

When I sat down to paint "Speed Society, I did it with the intention of winning a car. A Mercedes Benz AMG GT-R in Green Hell Magno as well as $50k deposited into my account. When I asked myself what 'Speed Society' meant to me, it meant the following to me: feelings of gratitude, blessed, exhilarated, relieved, ecstatic, fortunate, just in time, AMG GT-R, Green Hell Magno + $50k deposited into my account, freedom and winning. The world often demands we move faster than our souls were meant to go. Use this session to acknowledge that frantic energy, then slowly color your way back to a pace that feels like home. You are allowed to slow down.

When I sat to paint "My Love" and started to think about what that person meant to me, the thoughts that came up were sweet, beautiful and angel which were the intentions behind the painting.Love is a gentle frequency. As you color these lines, think of a person or a memory that feels like an 'angel' in your life. Let those sweet and beautiful thoughts guide your color choices, and allow yourself to feel completely adored as you create."

When I sat down to paint "Life," I asked what it meant to me and this is what I came up with: friendship, banter, loving life and finding joy.Life is meant to be enjoyed, not just managed. As you color this piece, imagine you are sitting across from a dear friend, sharing a laugh and a story. Use your brightest, most joyful colors. Let this session be a celebration of the fact that you are here, you are creating, and you are whole.

When I sat to create this art, it's the only piece in this book that I named AFTER I created it. Most of my art starts with a title first and this one was created as the result of play, just doing what felt right. If you think about it, one of the keys to wealth is not being anyone else, it's being yourself. That being said, being yourself and accepting yourself as you are is one of the hardest things to do.I believe the 7 Keys to Wealth are:
1. Kindness
2. Grace
3. Empathy
4. Compassion
5. Faith
6. Belief in yourself
7. Knowing wealth is your destinyTo me, these are all things you have to have for yourself. Have these for yourself and see what happens. It's not easy and it's not a traditional way of looking at wealth however I'm not traditional, as evidenced by this experience lol. This piece of art doesn't have a playlist or an intention. So color it, let it be and decide for yourself what your 7 keys to wealth are.

When I sat down to paint "Dream Life," I asked what it meant to me and this is what came to me: fantasy, dreams come true, excited for everyday, wealthy and fulfilled.Your colors have power. As you fill in this piece, don't just color, visualize. What does your 'Dream Life' look like? What does it feel like to be completely fulfilled? Let your strokes be as bold and excited as your future, and remember that you are the architect of your own fantasy.

When I sat down to paint "Lucky," I asked myself what does Lucky mean? To me, it means feeling elated, ecstatic, euphoric, grateful and heaven sent.As you color, think about all the ways God and the Universe show you that you are lucky.

My dream is to host a tv talk show one day named "Living With Grac3," and so when I sat down to paint, I asked myself what that meant to me and this is what I came up with: ease, best friend, couch, team, dream and successful. As you color, think about what your dream is one day and imagine what that world would be like.

I have so many dreams however when I sat down to paint "Goals," I realized I didn't really have that many dreams with deadlines aka goals. When I asked myself what "Goals" mean to me, this is what I came up with: dream with a deadline, accomplishments and completed tasks. There is a unique beauty in finishing what you start. As you color this page, think of one dream you are ready to put a deadline on. Let your colors be steady and intentional. Use this time to feel the relief and pride of a task already completed.

Shame is such an interesting idea and when I sat down to paint and think about what "Shame" meant to me, this is what came up: guilty, embarrassed and self-conscious.The irony of this painting to me is that it's actually quite pretty which says to me that even out of something seemingly bad, good can come out of it.We all carry things we’d rather others not see. As you color this piece, acknowledge those feelings of embarrassment or guilt without judgment. Look for the beauty in the lines. Remember: even your heaviest moments have the potential to be transformed into something vibrant and new."

This is probably one of the more interesting ones because I don't really know where this dream came from. It's titled "Academy Award" as in an Oscar award. The feelings that came up for me with regards to this painting are: proud, accomplishment and dream come true. What dream do you have that seems so far fetched that it seems almost impossible? As you color this 'award,' don't hold back. Let yourself feel the weight of that win. Color it with the confidence of someone who has already reached the stage. The impossible is only impossible until it happens.

Who doesn't want financial freedom? I know that is something I definitely want and so when I went to paint "Financial Freedom," and what it meant to me, this is what I came up with: receiving (you have to be able to receive the wealth), permanent (I don't want my financial freedom to be temporary), freedom (that's what financial freedom is about, freedom) and relief (the sense of relief you get when you can breathe without the stress of finances breathing down your neck).Financial freedom is the ultimate 'Yes' to yourself. As you color this piece, visualize the doors of your life swinging wide open. Imagine that weight lifting off your shoulders. Color with the steady, calm energy of someone who knows they are taken care of, now and forever.

When I sat down to paint "Becoming," I knew "Becoming" was a process and I wondered what that meant to me and this is what I came up with: process of spiritual transformation, potential over time, evolution, attractive appearance (ex: when something is becoming on you), and development into something else.Although I did listen to something when I was creating this painting, I didn't notate it and so... what music would you choose for yourself as an anthem?I don't actually choose the music, I say, "I'm about to paint 'Becoming' and this is what it feels like to me and name the feelings and generally have Siri play me some music."You are in a constant state of development into something else, something new. As you color this final page, ask yourself: What music would you choose for your own anthem? Put that song on now. Let it play as you celebrate the person you were, the person you are, and the person you are still becoming.

I only have a few pages where they were created with no intention, just to create. The title of this came to me after I painted it and maybe a beautiful day is just that, a blank slate. It's up to you to make it beautiful so what music would be the soundtrack to your day? What would make a beautiful day for you? Think about those thoughts as you color.

Believe it or not, I used the Little Mermaid eyeshadow palette to create this. Appropriately the name, Arial (not the font), came to me afterwards. When I looked it up what it meant, I found out it meant Lion of God.Looking back on it, using an eyeshadow palette made sense especially since I use makeup brushes to paint.

This painting is from my first full month of painting and while other paintings have individual words, this one has a whole thought process. As I started to wonder what I was going to name the painting, Celine Dion "A New Day Has Coime" popped into my head. I am the creator of my own reality.

When I asked myself what success felt like or meant to me, the answer was 3 words: amazing, fantastic and accomplished. The truth is even if it feels small, anything we complete, even if it is the first time, is a success. What was your last seemingly small or large success?

Sometimes when something is Rewarding, we don't have BIG words for it. We have small simple words and in this case, I came up with Good, Extra, and Great.

The feelings I had about a wedding were commitment, partnership, love and a ceremony.
I just put this playlist on Spotify and it's sooo interesting and cool how 'on brand' Siri was with choosing the songs. This actually could be a playlist played at a wedding.Maybe you're not ready to get married or you don't want to ever get married and that's ok too. You can get married to yourself too. What do I mean by that? Love yourself so much that you hear these songs and think they could be about your relationship with yourself.

Receiving was challenging for me and especially because I was taught to be a giver. The words that came to mind for Receiving were: Good, Great and Open.Open might be the most important word because you have to be open to be receiving and not just say you are open. Saying is one thing, doing is another. How are you open to receiving?

I've yet to own my own home and so when I thought about what home meant to me, the words that came to me were: Freedom, Sanctuary, Mine and Dream Come True. What does home mean to you? How does it feel?
This is a track from YouTube called Ana Bekoach which means Miracle Prayer.

I have many favorite paintings and this might be my favorite one in this book which is appropriate since it's titled "Love."Interestingly enough the first word that came to mind was fantasy followed by acceptance, support and strength. What does love mean to you? How does it make you feel?

This painting was painted right before my 46th birthday and it was the energy I wanted to embody for my 46th year of life.To me High Priestess means intuition, divine feminine, balance and embrace inner life.

Interestingly enough, I didn't realize I had named 2 paintings "Success" and so when it came to the coloring book, Success 2 to me said Success Squared. When asking myself what Success meant to me, the words and phrases that came to mind were: excellent, fantasy dream come true, fulfillment, life purpose, and belief in self.

My sister in law inspired this painting. She said when she was looking for her husband, she wanted him to be a unicorn. When I named this painting, I knew I was a unicorn and a unicorn can only be with another unicorn and thus: Two UnicornsThe feelings I would feel about being with my partner are: magical, healing, fairytale, mythical and beauty.
